London Public Library
The Public Library in London, seeks to provide infrastructure to a consolidated park in one of the neighborhoods in transition towards the new London, the longitudinal arrangement of the built volume allows a tension to be achieved between the traditional and the new modern neighborhood pole defined on the Master plan by Sir Norman Foster, which hits the reach of the Thames overlooking Tower Bridge, City Hall and the Shard among others.
This provision allows the constant relationship between the park and the library generating an interpolation between
public-private, natural-buit.
